September 27., 1982
Coldwell Banker
Town and Country Realtors
6313 Odana Road
Madison, WI 53719
REFERENCE: 3750 Crestview Drive, Lot 42, Sky High Subdivision
Cottage '"Grove Township, Section 21
Gentlemen:
SUBJECT: Well and Septic Inspection
A water sample was taken on September 14, 1982, from the
house tap at the above referenced location, examined by the
State Laboratory of Hygiene and found to be bacteriologically
safe due to the fact that no bacteria of the coliform group were
found in the sample portions examined.
At the time of my inspection it was observed that conduit
is needed around the exposed electrical wiring on the well casing,
the well cap is cracked and needs to be replaced and the well
is approximately 25 feet from a buried fuel tank which is the
minimum distance requirement of the well code.
Also at the time of my inspection there was no visual sign
of septic system failure.
The septic system was installed in December of 1973 and
consists of a 1,000 gallon septic tank and a 750 square foot
drainfield:
If you have any questions, please feel free to call.
Sincerely,
Robert D. Brown, R.S.
Senior Sanitarian
DANE COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIV.
RDB:Jas
