The <br /> property is currently zoned B-1 and per the Dane County Zoning Ordinance, condominium <br /> development is allowed as a conditional use. <br /> The total parcel is approximately 1.64 acres and includes Lots 16 - 20 of Brickson <br /> Park plus .92 acres east of Lots 16 - 20. The tax parcel numbers for the subject property <br /> are as follows: <br /> Lot 16 33-0809-224-6666-0 <br /> Lot 17 33-0809-224-6677-7 <br /> Lot 18 33-0809-224-6688-4 <br /> Lot 19 33-0809-224-6699-1 <br /> Lot 20 33-0809-224-6710-5 <br /> East Parcel 33-0809-224-9721 <br /> The project is being proposed as an 18 - 24 unit condominium development which <br /> is in total character with the surrounding area use. The approximately 1.64 acre site was <br /> initially a part of the Mariner's Cove project site plan and our proposed use is a continuation <br /> of this initial development scheme. Development of the proposed project would commence <br /> upon securing all required Town, County and State approvals. <br />
