3 . The tax parcel number of the land proposed to be rezoned are: <br /> Part of Tax Parcel No. 18-0812-054-9220-1 . <br /> 4 . The filing fee of $100 . 00 is attached hereto. <br /> 5 . A written statement fully explaining the reason for the <br /> rezoning follows : <br /> The land subject to this petition is part of what is known as <br /> the Affholder Farm which has been rented by the Waddell Family <br /> for 27 years . Said farm was recently purchased from the <br /> Affholders by the petitioner. It is the request of the <br /> petitioner that the 10+-acre parcel described herein be <br /> rezoned for single family residential use . It is a long, <br /> narrow piece, running west to east between Cty Hwy TT and the <br /> railroad tracks and also running uphill to downhill west to <br /> east making it a difficult piece to work without having to <br /> work up- and downhill . It is the proposal of the petitioner <br /> that a single-family residence could be built on the west <br /> (high) end of the parcel which home would be adjacent to the <br /> unincorporated community of Deansville . Such proposed use <br /> would be consistent with the neighborhood and would remove <br /> only a very minimal amount of farmland from availability. It <br /> is anticipated that petitioner would rent the workland back <br /> from the purchaser. There will be no unusual utility or <br /> municipal services demands .
