DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6852 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the <br /> Town of Medina. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : <br /> That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be <br /> amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6852 <br /> A parcel of land in the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 5, and <br /> NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 4, Town of Medina described as <br /> follows : Commencing at the South quarter corner of said <br /> Section 5, thence East, along the South line of SE 1/4 of <br /> Section 5, 1467 . 10 feet; thence N 25° 33' 41° East, along <br /> the centerline of CTH TT and its extension, 2, 000. 00 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. Thence continuing N 25° 33' 41" <br /> East, along said centerline of CTH TT, 700 . 00 feet; thence <br /> Southeasterly at right angles to said road, 373 . 37 feet; <br /> thence S 25° 33' 41" West, parallel with said centerline, <br /> 700 . 00 feet; thence Northwesterly 373 . 37 feet to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section <br /> 10.255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The <br /> rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe <br /> land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for <br /> approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, <br /> if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified <br /> survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded <br /> in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure <br /> to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and <br /> void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to <br /> Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following <br /> restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. That the balance of the property west of County Highway TT(0812-054- <br /> 9502) consisting of approximately 44.7 acres shall be restricted from <br /> residential development until rezone causes this restriction to be <br /> amended. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent <br /> Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site. <br /> Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to - uII n <br /> void. <br /> 00 <br /> \► <br />
