Roger has contacted <br /> q ,, John Norwell from Dane County Highway concernin• the <br /> .4 ase o a truck by the towns p. <br /> Connie Nolden approved the rezoning request by Paul and 4 . <br /> ex: . <br /> Jackie Gehin of 3 acres from A-1 exclusive to RH-1, second <br /> ,;k by Harold Eichelkraut, Jr. and carried. <br /> - • • - • o•e rev ^ - .. ,.e minutes of the Land Use Committee <br /> meeting held in January. David Judd and Randy Mussehl 's <br /> zoning request was withdrawn. The Board made the <br /> f'x%. .''' <br /> recommendation to proceed with the zoning request by Mario <br /> r Gobel and Frank Gobel to rezone 17 acres from A-1 exclusive <br /> , ' to A-2. <br /> David Black appeared before the Board to discuss the construction <br /> of a radio tower on 4.8 acres on the Mario Gobel property. The <br /> ;. Board tabled the zoning request until after a public hearing <br /> 4 ` to be held February 18, 1997 at 8:00 PM at the Town hall . <br /> .- 1 , , <br /> . ' Arlin Kay appeared before the Board on behalf of the Memorial <br /> ` Union Hoofers Club. The Memorial Union Association would <br /> : ,;' purchase the property from David Judd and the Hoofers Club <br /> fit;; would lease the 'property. Discussion took place on the tax <br /> exempt status of the property, parking on Severson Road, and <br /> { the type of residents the club would be to the surrounding <br /> property owners. Chairman Hodel requested a short recess. <br /> `- 14 Roger called the meeting to order. The Board made the <br /> R following recommendation: the sale of the property to <br /> 1 ap ' the Memorial Union Building Assoc with a conditional <br /> ..' = use permit for the Hoofers Club; no parking on Severson <br /> Road; require the Building Assoc to provide a certificate <br /> , : of insurance to the Board; the property will not be tax <br /> exempt to the Building Assoc or any of its assignees. <br /> Harold Eichelkraut, Jr. moved to approve Ordinance Amendment <br /> #32 which refers to wetlands restoration, second by Connie <br /> Nolden and carried. <br />
