DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6856 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Springdale. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Springdale be amended to include in the A-1 Agricultural and LC-1 <br /> Limited Commercial District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6856 <br /> Part of Lot #2, CSM 8186, located in the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 13; Town of <br /> Springdale described as follows: <br /> TO LC-1: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the said Lot #2, on the West right-of- <br /> way of Gust Road; thence S 83° 00' West 202.19 feet; thence S 17° 53' West 96.57 feet; <br /> thence S 81° 02' 30"East 260.03 feet; thence N 00° 39' 58"East along the right-of-way <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> Also, part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 13, Town of Springdale described as follows: <br /> TO A-1: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 13; thence West 1318.7 <br /> feet along the North line of said Section 13; thence South 300 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence South 360 feet; thence West 350 feet; thence North 360 feet; thence <br /> East 350 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. The LC-1 rezone area shall be limited to lawn care and landscaping business only and the maximum <br /> allowable licensed vehicles to be parked on the property or stored outside on the LC-1 rezone area is six. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of <br /> land within 300 feet of the site.Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and <br /> void. <br /> \°‘� <br /> - <br />
