DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6859 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Medina. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the R-1 Residential District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6859 <br /> TO R-1: Lot #3, of Certified Survey Map #2527, Volume 10, Pages 81, 82 and 83, and <br /> adjoining parcel of land, all located in the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 25, Town of Burke <br /> described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot #3; thence N 88° 00' East, 140.85 feet; <br /> thence along the arc of a 50.00 foot radius curve to the right whose long chord bears S <br /> 71° 29' 34" East, 35.03 feet; thence along the arc of a 60.00 foot radius curve to the left <br /> whose long chord bears S 84° 36' 53" East, 66.46 feet; thence S 28° 15' East, 50.00 feet; <br /> thence S 00° 45' West, 232.03 feet; thence N 87° 16' East, 315.47 feet, to the Southeast <br /> corner of said Lot #3; thence S 87° 16' West, 265.13 feet; thence N 00° 45' East, 319.93 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> Y '-\0K\ <br />
