DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6860 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the RH-4 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6860 <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 11, Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 11; thence S 88° 56' 18"East on the <br /> South Section line, 1354.32 feet to the West line of Lot#1 of Certified Survey Map #7528 <br /> recorded in Volume 39 of Certified Survey Maps on Pages 82, 83 and 84, thence N 00° <br /> 06' 21"East on the West line of said Lot#1, 1324.00 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence continue N 00° 06' 21"East 1095.50 feet to the Southerly right-of-way of <br /> Interstate Highway 90; thence Southeasterly along said South right-of-way line, 454.66 <br /> feet on the arc of a 4493.8 feet radius curve to the right having a chord bearing S 76° 33' <br /> 00"East, 454.47 feet; thence S 60° 24' 25"East along said right-of-way line, 349.19 feet; <br /> thence S 73° 39' 05" East along said right-of-way line, 621.00 feet; thence S 78° 51' 42" <br /> East along said right-of-way line, 5.69 feet to the East line of said NE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence <br /> S 00° 04' 18" East along said East line of NE 1/4 SW 1/4, 662.28 feet to the Southeast <br /> corner of said 1/4 1/4, thence N 89° 05' 58" West on the South line of said 1/4 1/4, <br /> 1350.14 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1.That there shall only be one residence on the entire RH-4 parcel and subject to a signed site plan <br /> agreement between the Town of Pleasant Springs and the applicant <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of <br /> land within 300 feet of the site.Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and <br /> void. <br /> a� � <br />
