COMPOSITE REPORT - Page 2 APPLICATION NO. <br /> STAFF COMMENTS <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> Petition 6865. The proposed residential division appears to conflict with the following town/county objective in the <br /> Town of Windsor: <br /> Prohibit new residential development either by plat or Certified Survey Map at a density greater <br /> than 1 dwelling unit per 35 acres without providing public sanitary sewer service. <br /> This 55-acre parcel has a farmhouse,which could be divided from the balance; however,this is an agricultural <br /> area,with no plans for public sewer. <br /> Therefore,the separation of the existing home would appear consistent;however creating any additional residential <br /> parcels appears to conflict. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> The existing private sewage system must remain on the same parcel with the dwelling. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> None <br /> OTHER <br />
