DEED RESTRICTION PERTAINING TO A CERTAIN PARCEL LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF WINDSOR AND DESIGNATED AS AGRICULTURE BY THE TOWN OF WINDSOR COMPREHENSIVE PLAN O/i r/'c iR v e%;e" L. r Rn s'f- , being the sole owner(s) of the subject real estate described as follows: Lands of the owner located in the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 except the easterly 165 feet thereof, Section 28 T9N, R10E, Town of Windsor, Dane County, Wisconsin, hereby declare and provide that said real estate is subject to the following restrictions as required by the Town of Windsor and as agreed with by owner on February 6, 1997 . The subject realty shall remain in agricultural or open space uses as defined by the Town of Windsor and shall be restricted from further division by Certified Survey Map, Plat of Survey, or Plat of Subdivision and are restricted from the construction of any residential structures with the exception of the existing residence located on Lot 2, 4154 Windsor Road which is permitted as a single family residence only. The subject realty shall be restricted to such uses as herein outlined regardless of existing or future zoning until the Town of Windsor amends its Comprehensive Plan to change the designation of the subject realty from agricultural use to a less restrictive designation at which time this restriction may be amended with the written approval of the town of Windsor or until the parcel is annexed and zoned within the corporate limits of a municipality. These Deed restrictions shall run with the land and shall be binding on all parties, successors and assigns .
