The drainageway which roughly follows the westerly property line of Lot 2 should be <br /> recognized as a drainage easement since it conveys water from off-site. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Approve rezoning of Lots 1,2,3 to A-2. <br /> A plan amendment is not needed since this approval is compatable with current policy to <br /> maintain the rural charcter of the Town and no new building sites are being created. <br /> Approve the Preliminary CSM with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Dedication of 50 foot ROW on Windsor Road. <br /> 2. Recorded restriction on all lots prohibiting further splits. <br /> 3. Recorded notice on lot 2 acknowledging adjoining agricultural practices. <br /> 4. Restriction of access to existing driveways and a notation that future drives are <br /> subject to approval by the Town of Windsor. <br /> 5. Recorded restriction and notation on the CSM that buildings are prohibited on <br /> lots 1 and 3. <br /> 4 <br />
