The land in question is a bog and has water on it at all
times of the year. How can it be suitable for a septic
system when there is no drainage?
6 . What effect will 6 septic systems and wells have on the
watershed let alone 7 septic systems and wells in the
small area?
7 . This same sight was perked for a residence and failed
the perk test .
8 . According to Dane county Zoning Ordinances buildings
must be 75 feet from a creek and 65 feet from a road.
This land is only 200 feet deep from the road edge so
this severely limits the type of building to be put
up.
9 . Garfoot Road at this location is very dangerous because
of curves that limit visibility. There was a fatal
accident at this location in 1991 . What effect will the
increase in large equipment have on traffic in this area
and on wear and tear of a township road
We hope the board will consider all of the above and deny
this application.
Sincerely,
Bruce and .Nancy Hoehne
