DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6861 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Verona. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6861 <br /> A part of the West 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the E 1/4 corner of said Section 31; thence S 88° 50' 48" West along the <br /> East-West quarter section line, 1343.39 feet to a point on the Westerly right-of-way line <br /> of Fritz Road; thence N 00° 12' 38" East along said right-of-way line, 1151.30 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence S 88° 50' 48" West, 322.67 feet; thence N 00° 12' 38" East, <br /> 270.00 feet; thence N 88° 50' 48" East, 322.67 feet to a point on said right-of-way line; <br /> thence S 00° 12' 38" West along said right-of-way line; 270.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERiiFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> Effective: - i ,�' 97 <br />
