DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6870 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Vermont. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the R-1A Residential Di trict/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6870 That part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 30, Town of Vermont d-.cribed as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 30, said -orner is the point of beginning of this description. Thence N 02° 01' 40" East for . distance of 747.48 feet along the East line of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence along a curve 'o the right having a radius of 1105.66 feet and an arc length of 275.01 feet, being subte'ded by a chord of S 15° 51' 56" West for a distance of 274.30 feet alogn the East rig -of-way of Ryan Road; thence S 22° 59' 27" West for a distance of 120.03 feet alo • the East right-of-way of Ryan Road; thence along a curve to the left having a radius •f 413.24 feet and an arc length of 125.00 feet, being subtended by a chord of S 14° 1:' 31" West for a distance of 124.52 feet alogn the East right-of-way of Ryan Road; t -nce S 05° 39' 35" West for a distance of 262.52 feet along the East right-of-way of R .n Road; thence N 86° 31' 55" East for a distance of 152.40 feet along the South line of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 to the point of beginning. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approv. by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded • the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause t e rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to ane County Zoning.
