• 4 <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6870 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Vermont. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the R-1A Residential District/s <br /> and A-2 Agriculture District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6870 <br /> R 1A: That part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 30, Town of Vermont described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 30, said corner is the <br /> point of beginning of this description. Thence N 02° 01' 40"East for a distance of 747.48 <br /> feet along the East line of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence along a curve to the right having a <br /> radius of 1105.66 feet and an arc length of 275.01 feet, being subtended by a chord of S <br /> 15° 51' 56"West for a distance of 274.30 feet alogn the East right-of-way of Ryan Road; <br /> thence S 22° 59' 27"West for a distance of 120.03 feet along the East right-of-way of <br /> Ryan Road; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 413.24 feet and an arc <br /> length of 125.00 feet, being subtended by a chord of S 14° 19' 31"West for a distance of <br /> 124.52 feet alogn the East right-of-way of Ryan Road; thence S 05° 39' 35"West for a <br /> distance of 262.52 feet along the East right-of-way of Ryan Road; thence N 86° 31' 55" <br /> East for a distance of 152.40 feet along the South line of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> A-2: That part of the SW1/4 SE 1/4 of Section, Town of Vermont, beg Sec S1/4 Cor Th <br /> E 1342.4 feet al G S LN SD Sec Th N 330 feet alg E ln SD SW 1/4 SE 1/4 th w to W L N <br /> Sd SW 1/4 SE 1/4 th S alg Sd W Ln to POB. <br /> Also: That part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Vermont, LYG E Ryan <br /> Rd.9 acres M/L. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> void. <br /> The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> The A-2 rezoning areas shall be connected with a minimum of a 66 foot ownership strip <br /> which shall be delineated on the Certfified Survey Map. <br />
