Current owners <br /> Jim and Pat Roberts wish to sell to buyers Mark and Kathy <br /> Haukoos . <br /> Buyers intend to build a home for their residence in approximatly <br /> 2-4 years . <br /> Parcel under consideration is part of a larger parcel, but is <br /> separated from the balance of the farm by County Highway JJ. <br /> Parcel consists of approximatly 3 1/2 acres woodland and 3 1/2 <br /> acres open field.
