The accessory building in question is located at 3024 Fadness Road <br /> Rt. 1 Deerfield(Christiana)WI. In compliance with a compact mandating that I <br /> have NO EMPLOYEES I am permitted by Dane County and The Township of <br /> Christiana to restore and maintain special interest automobiles. I have never had,I <br /> do not now,nor will I ever have any employees. Wisconsin State Statutes quoted as <br /> alhority for your orders clearly state that these Statutes apply to places of <br /> employment. Included is a copy of Dane County Ordinance and Permit number <br /> 6874 And 1417. <br /> My building is on private property,I do not advertise a service nor do I <br /> invite or allow the public in my building. I pick-op and deliver my patrons'cars <br /> and checks are received by mail. <br /> I have contacted Tom Smithback the local building inspector,whom you <br /> listed as a camplaintant,and he stated that he has had NO complaint or problem <br /> with this issue. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> it rd BaM <br />
