A <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6877 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Mazomanie. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6877 <br /> A parcel of land located in the E 1/2 of Section 9, Town of Mazomanie described as <br /> follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 9; thence Southerly <br /> along the East line of said SE 1/4 of Section 9, 1331. 5 feet; thence Westerly along the <br /> North line of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 9, 133 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence Southerly parallel to the East line of Certified Survey Map #5134, 420 <br /> feet; thence Westerly 234 feet; thence Southerly parallel with the East line of Certified <br /> Survey Map #5134, 180 feet; thence Westerly 33 feet to the East right-of-way line of <br /> Derby Road; thence Northerly along said Easterly right-of-way line 33 feet to the <br /> Northerly right-of-way line of Curtiss Street; thence Westerly along said Northerly right- <br /> of-way line 33 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot #1 Certified Survey Map #5134; thence <br /> Northerly along the East line of said Certified Survey Map #5134 562 feet more or less to <br /> the North line of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 9; thence Easterly along said line <br /> 300 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
