A DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6877 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Mazomanie. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6877 A parcel of land located in the E 1/2 of Section 9, Town of Mazomanie described as follows: TO RH-1: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 9; thence Southerly along the East line of said SE 1/4 of Section 9, 1331. 5 feet; thence Westerly along the North line of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 9, 133 feet to the point of beginning; thence Southerly parallel to the East line of Certified Survey Map #5134, 420 feet; thence Westerly 234 feet; thence Southerly parallel with the East line of Certified Survey Map #5134, 180 feet; thence Westerly 33 feet to the East right-of-way line of Derby Road; thence Northerly along said Easterly right-of-way line 33 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of Curtiss Street; thence Westerly along said Northerly right- of-way line 33 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot #1 Certified Survey Map #5134; thence Northerly along the East line of said Certified Survey Map #5134 562 feet more or less to the North line of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 9; thence Easterly along said line 300 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
