Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1413 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT: The Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Multi-family residence (8-unit as exists) . <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 3/25/97 EXPIRATION DATE: (See Below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 and the NE 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 26, Town <br /> of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Rock Elm Park Extennsion Lot #43; <br /> And <br /> Rock Elm Park Extension Lot #44; <br /> And <br /> That part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4, Section 26, Town of Dunn lying <br /> Northeast of centerline of Barber Drive; <br /> And <br /> Part of Government Lot #3, described as all that part of NW 1/4 <br /> SE 1/4, Section 26, Town of Dunn lying North of Lot #42, Rock Elm <br /> Park Extension. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1) . The conditional use permit shall be limited to an 8-unit <br /> apartment building only. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2 . That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br />
