The land at the site falls away sharply from the road making any potential driveway of length appear unable to conform to the town driveway ordinance. I feel there also would be some serious concerns with runoff due to the hill and steep nature of the property with any driveway or homesite in this area. 5. The house site appears to be entirely unsuitable for building and was admittedly approved without a visual inspection by the plannin committee chairman. Upon our looking at the site with the involved parties it was stated that maybe the site was unsuitable and they seemed to have some questions about it themselves. It was stated by the buyer that she had only looked at it once before. 6. As the closest affected land owner I was never Iotified of a public hearing on this issue by the town, nor was I notified with the prior house ,just completed by the land owner which is just several hundred yards from this 3 acre site. I recognize the land owners right to build one home for every 35 acres, but wonder if these 35 acre parcels need to be designated. 7. The proposed site is in an area of very unique geological and some historical significance, Phile Woods Park is directly across the street from this proposed site. One of the most unique features of the park are the rock cliffs that are directly across the street from the proposed house cite. This site is the pull over area where people park their cars when going to the park. They walk thru this unique corridor and view the rocky cliffs on their way to the park entrance. The property owner and purchaser proposed bulldozing the soil across from the park that creates this corridor to use for fill •
