DANE COUNTY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION#1414 Town of Cottage Grove The conditional use shall be located on property described as follows: C.U.P. #1414: Part of the SE 1/4 and the SW 1/4 of Section 30 and part of the NE 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 30; thence Northeasterly along the Southwesterly extension of the Southeasterly line of Certified Survey Map #8289, 600 feet, more or less, to the Southwesterly line of the Lot#1 of Certified Survey Map #2191; thence Southwesterly along said Southwesterly line, 239.6 feet; more or less, to the most Southerly corner of said Lot#1; thence Northeasterly along the Southeasterly line of said Lot#1, 162.8 feet, more or less, to the most Easterly corner of said Lot#1; thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line of said Lot#1, 199 feet, more or less, to the most Northerly corner of said Lot#1 and a point on the Southwesterly extension of the Southeasterly line of Certified Survey Map #8289; thence northeasterly along said southwesterly extension and the southwesterly line of said Certified Survey Map Number 8289 to the Southerly line of USH 12-18; thence Southeasterly along said Southerly right-of-way line to a point on the East line of the West half of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 30; thence Southerly along said East line to the South line of said Section 30; thence Westerly along the South line of said Section 30, 160 feet, more or less, to a point on the center of the Door Creek Drainage Ditch; thence Southwesterly along said drainage ditch to a point on the South line of the North half of the Northwest quarter of said Section 31; thence Westerly along said South line, 720 feet, more or less, to the West line of the Northwest quarter of said Section 31; thence Northerly along said West line, 1320 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
