• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6876 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Berry. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6876 <br /> A part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 and part the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 all in Section 31, Town of Berry <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the South quarter corner of said Section 31; thence <br /> West 500 feet; thence N 10° East 300 feet; thence N 05° East 550 feet; thence S 75° East <br /> along the center of County Highway KP 150 feet; thence S 05° West 240 feet; thence S <br /> 75° East 375 feet; thence S 20° East 500 feet; thence West 200 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />
