DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6880 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of York. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of York be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural and RH-1 Rural <br /> Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 6880/1416 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 10, Town of York described as follows: <br /> ' 0 RH-1: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 10, the East 380 feet <br /> to ,e point of beginning; thence continue East 270 feet; thence Nort 1 feet; thence <br /> West 70 feet; thence South 431 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZO 16 <br /> Conditional zoning is -reby imposed pursuant to ction 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinan The rezoned ar-. all be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CER : •.
