This proposed duplex use is in an existing farmhouse in the Town of Cross Plains.The adopted <br /> town/county plan does not address the conversion to duplex use,but a number of other town plans provide for such <br /> conversions for farm use. <br /> Such a conversion may be preferable to justifying and building another"farmhouse"at this location. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> The changes to a duplex would create the potential for an increase wastewater load to the existing private sewage <br /> system. This office has an objection to the rezoning until a thorough review of the existing private sewage system is <br /> conducted per Wisconsin Administrative Codes COMM 83.055. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> Petition 6882. CTH "P" is a controlled access highway. A change of use permit from a single family home to a <br /> duplex would be required. <br /> OTHER <br />
