DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6883 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Westport. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6883 <br /> A part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Westport described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 6; thence S 08° 30' 00" East, <br /> 101.24 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 89° 30' 00"East, 644.10 feet; ence S 00° <br /> 00' 00" East, 1213.50 feet to the centerline of Kopp Road; thence along •e centerline of <br /> said Kopp Road, N 89° 00' 00" West, 291.28 feet; thence N 45° 00' 10" West, 285.00 <br /> feet; thence N 08° 30' 00" West, 1023.76 feet to the point of begi ' g. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING \� <br /> k <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Sectio• 0.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall • - subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED S Y RE I UIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are inte .ed to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and rec• ded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane C• nty, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office ' the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone o be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane Co ty Zoning. <br />
