DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6862 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Mazomanie. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6862 <br /> A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Mazomanie <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 2; thence N <br /> 89° 35' 25" East, along the North line of the said SW 1/4, 2,272.03 to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continuing N 89° 35' 25" East, 155.75 feet; thence S 01° 07' 16 East, <br /> 21,38 feet to the centerline of Wilkinson Road; thence S 85° 32' 32" East, along said <br /> centerline, 219.52 feet; thence S 01° 07' 16" East, 367.16 feet; thence N 85° 32' 32" <br /> West, 376.00 feet; thence N 01° 07' 16"West, 375.26 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
