They will place their home for sale when this rezone is <br /> approved and begin building in the summer/fall of 97. Lot#3 will be sold to John and <br /> Gail Zeratsky of Marinette, Wi. They will be moving to Madison this Summer and will <br /> rent while working on plans and building. They wish to keep horses as well. <br /> Lot#1 is for sale and we may be requesting a rezoning on that in the future. It is 38.7 <br /> acres. <br /> These 3 Lots will be deed restricted against future divrgiqn. These Lots are created under <br /> the 35 acre rule representing 4 total parcels from 117.3 acres. The building sites and <br /> driveways will disturb less than 1/4 acre of work and. <br /> Scott Dahlk and his family will be moving to the residual farmstead. He is one of my <br /> herdsmen and will, among other things, be caring for the 50 dry dairy cows and <br /> springing heifers we have already moved to the farm. This farm will be part of the <br /> expansion of my dairy operation which currently numbers 220 head. I will rent back the <br /> workland on the parcels to be sold.
