DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6863 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cross Plains. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the RH-4 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6863 <br /> A parcel of land located in the NE1/4 and the SE1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section 32, Town of <br /> Cross Plains, described as follows: Commencing at the NW Corner of said Section 32; <br /> thence S89° 59' 42'E, 1329.55 feet; thence S00 31'27'W, 1114.39 to the Point of <br /> Beginning; thence continue S 00 31'27'W, 1503.59 feet; thence S89 31'27'E 1326.60 <br /> feet; thence N00 35'15'E, 1509.06 feet; thence S61 40'02'W, 757.80 feet; thence N61 <br /> 05'15"W, 755.40 feet to the point of Beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances.
