Effective December 15, 2015 Dane County Board of Supervisors Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10890 Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: Town Map: Town of Bristol Location: Section 21 Zoning District Boundary Changes A-1 TO RH-1 A part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 21,T.9N, R11E, Town of Bristol, Dane County Wisconsin. More fully described as follows: commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Section 21; thence N89°47'18"E 479.79 feet along the South line of said 1/4 1/4; thence N00°36'13"W 50.00 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line of Happy Valley Road; thence continue N00°36'13"W 400.01 feet along the West line of Lot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 9692 to the Northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence N89°47'56"E 85.20 feet along the North line of said Lot 1 to the point of beginning;thence N00°31'45"W 155.00 feet; thence N89°48'12"E 286.00 feet;thence S00°31'45"E 155.00 feet;thence S89°47'36"W 286.00 feet along the North line of said Certified Survey Map No. 9692 to the Northwest corner of said Lot 1 and the point of beginning, containing 44,329 sq. ft. or 1.01 acres. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. DEED NOTICE REQUIRED This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the land record the following notice on said land: 1. A deed notice shall be recorded on parcel 0911-213-9003-1 to prohibit residential development on the remaining A-1 Agriculture zoned lands. Said restriction(s) shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board(s) as well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restriction(s)will cause the rezone to be null and void. A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning.
