Effective December 15, 2015 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10890 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Bristol Location: Section 21 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> A-1 TO RH-1 <br /> A part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 21,T.9N, R11E, Town of <br /> Bristol, Dane County Wisconsin. More fully described as follows: commencing at the <br /> Southwest Corner of said Section 21; thence N89°47'18"E 479.79 feet along the South <br /> line of said 1/4 1/4; thence N00°36'13"W 50.00 feet to a point on the North right-of-way <br /> line of Happy Valley Road; thence continue N00°36'13"W 400.01 feet along the West <br /> line of Lot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 9692 to the Northwest corner of said Lot 1; <br /> thence N89°47'56"E 85.20 feet along the North line of said Lot 1 to the point of <br /> beginning;thence N00°31'45"W 155.00 feet; thence N89°48'12"E 286.00 feet;thence <br /> S00°31'45"E 155.00 feet;thence S89°47'36"W 286.00 feet along the North line of said <br /> Certified Survey Map No. 9692 to the Northwest corner of said Lot 1 and the point of <br /> beginning, containing 44,329 sq. ft. or 1.01 acres. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the <br /> following conditions. <br /> DEED NOTICE REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County <br /> the owner or owners of the land record the following notice on said land: <br /> 1. A deed notice shall be recorded on parcel 0911-213-9003-1 to prohibit <br /> residential development on the remaining A-1 Agriculture zoned lands. <br /> Said restriction(s) shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board(s) as well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record <br /> the restriction(s)will cause the rezone to be null and void. A copy of the <br /> recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />
