Suick : <br /> The Dane County Farm Drainage Board, at a meeting on May <br /> 11, 1995, has reviewed your proposed construction for a truck <br /> stop, parking, fueling and restaurant business . <br /> This construction would channel the surface water, which <br /> then would enter into the Drainage District #22 system. We <br /> consider this to be an extension of the system under Section <br /> 88 . 92, Wis . Stats . Therefore, pursuant to such statute the <br /> board imposes the condition that a storm sewer be installed <br /> along Hwy V and down Hickory Lane into the district ' s improved <br /> open ditch . <br /> The Dane County Farm Drainage Board will require the work <br /> be performed as prescribed by a licensed Hydraulic Engineer, <br /> pursuant to a written plan approved by the board . <br /> Sincerely, <br /> DANE COUNTY FARM DRAINAGE BOARD <br /> ES jb <br />
