• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORD INANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6294 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Windsor <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to <br /> include in the A-B Agricultural Business District/s the following <br /> described land: <br /> Pet. #6294 : <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 28, Town of Windsor described as <br /> follows : Beginning at the North quarter corner of said Section 28; <br /> thence S 89° 27 ' 13" West along the North line of the NW 1/4 of <br /> said Section 28, 489. 46 feet more or less to the Northeast corner <br /> of CSM #7360; thence S 00° 32 ' 47" East along the East line of said <br /> CSM #1320 feet more or less to the South line of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 <br /> of Section 28; thence East along said South line, 489 feet more or <br /> less to the Southeast conrer of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 28; <br /> thence North along the East line of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4 1320 feet <br /> more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances . The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> Ti t above listed description/s is/are intended to describe 1nrd fir <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restriction (s) on said lands: <br /> (1) Structural improvements shall be peLmitted only on the <br /> northern five acres of the rezoning site. <br />
