Then the County Board made a motion <br /> to override the veto at their meeting of August 17th. <br /> The County Board's action put this zoning petition in a holding pattern <br /> until the County Board addressed the matter at their County Board meeting <br /> held on September 7, 1995. Chair Blaska ruled the County Executive's <br /> veto was untimely and therefore there was no veto consideration before <br /> the County Board. The Chair's ruling was challenged but not overturned. <br /> Therefore, based on the above action of the County Board, Zoning Petition 6305 <br /> becomes effective upon the expiration of time for the County Executive to act, <br /> which is identified to be August 10, 1995, and upon the filing of a certified <br /> survey map with the Register of Deeds within 90 days of Dane County's approval. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this matter, I can be reached at the <br /> telephone number or address on this stationery. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Carol L.
