C <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6307 <br /> .Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Vermont <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to <br /> include in the C-1 Commercial District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6307/1251 : <br /> Part of the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 18, Town of Vermont <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of <br /> Section 18; the N 84° 42 ' 08" East 37 . 93 feet; thence N 03° 12 ' 22" <br /> West 965. 81 feet; thence N 79° 48 ' 18" East 693 .48 feet; thence S <br /> 86° 30' 00" East 623.70 feet, thence N 01° 10' 00' West 423. 0 feet, <br /> to the point of beginning; thence S 74° 04 ' 55" West 91 . 95 feet, <br /> thence N 15° 00' 00" West 160. 0 feet, thence N 75° 00' 00" East <br /> 80. 0 feet; thence North 215. 00 feet, thence East 155. 0 feet, thence <br /> South 285. 0 feet; thence S 52° 00' 00" West 130. 00 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances . The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restriction (s) on said lands: <br /> (1) The bakery-residence may never be seperated from <br /> remaining portion of the property. <br /> (2) The only use that shall be allowed in the C-1 zoning <br /> district is the bakery. <br /> (3) Said restrictive convenants shall be approved by the <br /> Town Board prior to recording and submission to Dane <br /> County Zoning. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br />
