• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6312 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Cross Plains <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to <br /> include in the R-1A Residential District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6312: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 4, Town of Cross Plains described <br /> as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 4, <br /> thence S 88° 52 ' 24" East along the South line of said Section 4, <br /> 205. 12 feet; thence N 16° 11 ' 37" East, 496.51 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence along the arc of a curve to the left having a <br /> radius of 290. 00 feet and a long chord bearing N 00° 38 ' 25" East, <br /> 194 . 00 feet; thence N 48° 53' 52" East, 104 . 79 feet; thence N 28° <br /> 03 ' 52" East, 170. 93 feet; thence S 61° 56' 08" East, 155.53 feet; <br /> thence S 19° 05' 45" West, 247 .79 feet; thence N 72° 31 ' 15" West, <br /> 123. 66 feet; thence S 15° 16' 07" West, 166. 11 feet; thence N 74° <br /> 43 ' 53" West, 69. 17 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> EFFECTIVE : <br />
