The site plan and construction shall comply with the <br /> restrictions referenced in CSM #7072. That is, no residential <br /> building will be constructed within 150 feet of the east line of <br /> the property and the residence will have a minimum of 2000 <br /> square feet of living area (not including the basement). <br /> 2. The Conditional Use Permit will expire when neither Helen <br /> itor Ray Pavlak live on the Property and the residence will <br /> then be converted to a traditional single family dwelling (i.e., <br /> one without a separate living space). <br /> We ask that the Zoning and Natural Resources Committee approve this <br /> Application at its June 13, 1995 meeting and are providing the following <br /> information to allow the Committee to review and issue this Conditional <br /> Use Permit: <br /> 1. A preliminary site plan, which depicts the driveway as "new <br /> 16' drive" and the residence, is enclosed. Please note that <br /> this plan has been amended slightly so that the driveway will <br /> curve to the east as it enters CTH BB to address topographical <br /> issues raised by the County Engineer. The only other <br /> improvement on the Property is a barn, which is shown on the <br /> CSM. <br /> 2. A copy of the driveway permit issued by the County Highway <br /> Department is also enclosed. <br /> 3. The property has also been perked for septic, and a favorable <br /> preliminary soils suitability opinion obtained. Approximately <br /> 40% of the land had soils in Classes I-II and 60% in Class III. <br /> 4.
