BB <br /> DEERFIELD, WI 53531 <br /> Phone: <br /> LOCATION <br /> South side of County Trunk Highway "BB" , located 1/2 mile east of <br /> State Highway 73 , in the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 10 in the <br /> Town of Deerfield. <br /> REQUIREMENTS <br /> Centerline of access is to be 50 feet west of the owner ' s east <br /> property line. Width shall be a minimum of 16 feet, but shall at <br /> no time exceed 30 feet. Culvert must be centered in driveway. <br /> WisDOT-approved end section are required. <br /> Culvert Requirement: Length 30 feet; diameter 18 inches . <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> You are required to contact the authorized representative listed <br /> elow at -266=4011 before starting construction.
