DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6315 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Windsor <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to <br /> include in the R-4 Residential District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6315: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 30, Town of Windsor described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section; <br /> thence N 01° West 1098.7 feet to the North line of Golf Drive; <br /> thence S 88° West 336. 8 feet; thence N 70° West 100 feet; thence N <br /> 89° West 697.3 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue N <br /> 89° West 96 feet; thence N 201 . 9 feet; thence N 89° East 96 feet; <br /> thence South 202.3 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restriction (s) on said lands: <br /> (1) Development of the property and issuance of any zoning <br /> or development permits by Dane County shall be <br /> prohibited until the Town of Windsor has approved a <br /> site plan and notified Dane County Zoning of such <br /> approval. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site.
