Due to unusual <br /> circumstances in the Bartlett family, additional time will be re- <br /> quired to reach a solution. <br /> I would appreciate being able to have my request for a rezoning of <br /> the Byron Kenyon parcel tabled if the lack of adequate frontage on <br /> Old Stone Road, would negatively impact the rezoning request. I am <br /> actively working on reaching a solution with Byron' s neighbors and <br /> Byron is unable to wait a year to reapply. <br /> I would appreciate any suggestions or further action recommended for <br /> us prior to July 27 , 1995.
