Scribner <br /> I CALL TO ORDER <br /> The meeting \as called to order by James Van Deurzen at 5::30 PM in room 2E City-County Building. <br /> / II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Motion by Hendrick/Cornwell to approve the minutes of the 25 June, 1996 Zoning and Natural Resources <br /> Committee meeting, carried 5-0. <br /> III. PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> None <br /> Motion by Cornwell/Hendrick to suspend the rules of the commitee and consider item VIII a Register of Deeds <br /> semi-annual report;;carried 7-0. <br /> to <br /> Ms.Jane Licht, Register of Deeds,addressed the committee with respect to department activities and staffing. <br /> Motion by Salkin/Kesterson to suspend the rules of the commitee and consider item VI b.Resolution 57;carried <br /> 7-0. <br /> Motion by Salkin/Kesterson to approve Resolution# 57, Authorizing extension of time for LTE's in the Land <br /> Information Office;carried 6-1.Hendrick voting no. <br /> Motion by Salkin/Anderson to suspend the rules of the committee and consider item VI a.Resolution 54;carried <br /> 7-0. <br /> Motion Anderson/Salkin to approve; <br /> Motion by Hendrick/Kesterson to postpone Resolution#54, County Board opposes Case#96-CV-0859;carried <br /> _ . 5-2. Salkin and Anderson voting no. <br /> IV. REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS <br /> a. Outdoor amusemnet park/entertainment(lighted)activity, agricultural uses <br /> 5.Parking shall be as provided in 10.18 (4) (d) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> 6.Hours of operation shall be from 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. <br /> Motion Carrie <br /> Motion by Anderson/Salkin to find that the standards of the zoning ordinance are met and to <br /> approve the Conditional Use Permit as conditioned;carried 7-0. <br />
