• Page 1 • DANE COUNTY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1271 THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions . FOR: Outdoor amusement park and outdoor entertainment - (lighted and Ag-uses) . EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 7/2/96 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED -ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Part of the NE 1/4 and SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 Section 10, Town of Westport described as follows : Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 10; thence S 00° 03' 03" West along the East line of said Section 10, 98 .52 feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way of State Highway 19 and the point of beginning of this description. Thence continue S 00° 03' 03" West along said East line 1890.79 feet; thence S 88° 42' 09" West, 430. 06 feet; thence N 00° 03' 03" East, 1914 . 91 feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way of STH 19; thence N 89° 55' 00" East along said Southerly right-of-way 180. 92 feet; thence continuing along said Southerly right-of-way S 86° 38' 08" East, 249.44 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONS These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of this permit. 1) . Subject to the review of the Town Board at 2, 5 and 10 years intervals. 2) . Locations and uses as specified on Exhibit "A" which is the conceptual plan for Sparby' s Christmas Barn and Santa' s Park. 3) . Outdoor retail, craft shows, to be limited to 12 shows per year, April through September. 4) . Outdoor amusement park/entertainment (lighted) activity, agricultural uses. 5) . Parking shall be as provided in 10. 18 (4) (d) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. 6) . Hours of operation shall be from 9: 00 to A.M. to 9: 00 P.M.
