<br /> I hereby certify that in full compliance with the provisions of Chapter
<br /> 236.34 of the Wisconsin Statutes and the subdivision regulations of the
<br /> County of Dane, and the Town of Dunn, and by the direction of Clifford
<br /> Olson, owner, I have surveyed, divided and mapped the lands described
<br /> hereon, and that such map correctly represents the exterior boundaries
<br /> of the lands surveyed, and that this land is located within and more
<br /> fully described to wit:
<br /> Lot 16 of the Plat of Burning Tree in Dunwood Heights and Lot 1 of
<br /> Dane County Certified Survey Map number 2600, being further located
<br /> in part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 33, T.6N. , R. 10E. , Town
<br /> Dunn, Dane County, Wisconsin, being more fully described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 16 of said plat of Burning Tree
<br /> in Dunwood Heights; thence 589' 15•47"E along the North line of said lot
<br /> and the North line of said Dane County Certified Survey Map number 2600,
<br /> 648.52 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 1 of said Certified Survey;
<br /> thence S23'37'27"W along the East line of said Lot, 401 .93 feet to the
<br /> Southeast corner thereof and the North line of Burning Tree Road, also
<br /> being the point of curvature of a curve to the left, said curve having a
<br /> central angle of 22'04'37" and a radius of 269.00 feet, the long chord
<br /> of which bears N85'42'25"W, 103.01 feet; thence Northwesterly along the
<br /> arc of said curve and North line, 103.65 feet to its point of tangency
<br /> thereof, and its intersection with the East line of Burning Tree Circle,
<br /> and the point of curvature of a curve to the left, said curve having a
<br /> central angle of 29'44'51" and a radius of 350.00 feet, the long chord
<br /> of which bears N22'42'08"W, 179.68 feet; thence Northwesterly along the
<br /> arc of said curve and East line, 181 .72 feet to a point of reverse
<br /> curvature of a curve to the right, said curve having a central angle of
<br /> 31' 10'26" and a radius of 100.00 feet, the long chord of which bears
<br /> N22'09'24"W, 53.74 feet, thence Northwesterly along the arc of said
<br /> curve and East line, 54.41 feet to a point of reverse curvature of a
<br /> curve to the left, said curve having a central angle of 176'09'35" and a
<br /> radius of 70.00 feet, the long chord of which bears S85'20'41"W, 139.92 feet,
<br /> thence Northwesterly to Southwesterly along the arc of said curve and
<br /> Northerly line of the aforesaid Burning Tree Circle, 215.22 feet to its
<br /> point of tangency thereof and the Southeast corner of the aforesaid Lot
<br /> 16; thence S86'43'28"W along the South line of said Lot, 156.04 feet to
<br /> the Southwest corner thereof; thence N00'03'36"E along the West line of
<br /> said Lot, 173.61 feet to the point of beginning. The above described
<br /> containing 2.974 acres or 129,553 square feet.
