DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6332 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Dunn <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the R-1 <br /> Residential and RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> Pet. #6332 : <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 33, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot #1; thence S <br /> 23° 33 ' West, 402 feet to the Southeast corner thereof and the North line <br /> of Burning Tree Road; thence Westerly along said North line, 103 feet to <br /> the East line of Burning Tree Circle; thence Northerly along said East <br /> line, 324 feet; thence N 10° 14' East, 90. 6 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO R-1: Part of Lot #1, Dane County Certified Survey Map #2600, 1being <br /> further located in part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 33 , Town of Dunn <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot #1; <br /> thence S 89° 16' East, 80 feet; thence S 10° 14' West, 90. 6 feet to the <br /> North line of Burning Tree Circle; thence Westerly along said North line, <br /> 34 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot #16 of the Plat of Burning Tree in <br /> Dunwood Heights; thence N 17° 50' West along the East line of said Lot, <br /> 97 . 6 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) (a) <br /> 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be <br /> subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which <br /> a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to <br /> record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies <br /> of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DA ' : <br /> (ZNRPH.REZ) <br /> • <br />
