DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO.9466 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Verona. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of <br /> Verona be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER:9466 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 114,and part of the NW 114 of the SE 114 of Section 31,Town of Verona described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 31; thence S88°58'10"East, along the South <br /> line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 31, a distance of 1320.30 feet;thence NO2°09'14"East, 1318.49 feet; thence <br /> N87°50'30"West,41.25 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of Fritz Road, also being the point of beginning; <br /> thence S53 031'36"West,234.24 feet; thence S76°56'02"West,261.91 feet;thence N07°09'08"West, 247.45 <br /> feet to the South right-of-way line of Forest Drive;thence N71°28'30"East,along said right-of-way, 11.97 feet <br /> to a point of curve;thence Northeasterly along a curve to the left 179.16 feet,having a radius of 825.67 feet, the <br /> chord bearingN65°15'32"East, 178.81 feet; thenceN59°02'33"East,305.65 feet to the point of curve; thence <br /> Northeasterly along a curve to the right 54.53 feet, having a radius of 243.54 feet,the chord bearing <br /> N66°30'41"East,54.41 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of Fritz Road;thence S02°09'14"West, along <br /> said right-of-way line, 304.84 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 3 a 2. of the Dane County Code of <br /> g Y � p p � )� ) �) ty <br /> . This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County,a <br /> certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of <br /> Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> NULL&VOID:_ ./.
