DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO.9466 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Verona. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER:9466 Part of the SW 1/4 SE 114,and part of the NW 114 of the SE 114 of Section 31,Town of Verona described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 31; thence S88°58'10"East, along the South line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 31, a distance of 1320.30 feet;thence NO2°09'14"East, 1318.49 feet; thence N87°50'30"West,41.25 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of Fritz Road, also being the point of beginning; thence S53 031'36"West,234.24 feet; thence S76°56'02"West,261.91 feet;thence N07°09'08"West, 247.45 feet to the South right-of-way line of Forest Drive;thence N71°28'30"East,along said right-of-way, 11.97 feet to a point of curve;thence Northeasterly along a curve to the left 179.16 feet,having a radius of 825.67 feet, the chord bearingN65°15'32"East, 178.81 feet; thenceN59°02'33"East,305.65 feet to the point of curve; thence Northeasterly along a curve to the right 54.53 feet, having a radius of 243.54 feet,the chord bearing N66°30'41"East,54.41 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of Fritz Road;thence S02°09'14"West, along said right-of-way line, 304.84 feet to the point of beginning. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
