EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 10/10/95 EXPIRATION DATE: See below THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 24, Town of Blooming Grove described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 24; thence N 87° 33' 28" East, 2002 . 34 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 00° 05' 26" West, 657 feet; thence N 87° 33' 28" East, 12 feet; thence N 00° 05' 26" West, 360 feet; thence N 87° 52' 33" East, 150. 00 feet; thence S 03° 06' 42" West, 1020. 10 feet; thence S 87° 33' 25" West, 105. 00 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONS These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of this permit. 1 . The salvage recycling center property to be used only for 2 and 4 cycle engines and shall not be used for cars or trucks . THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: 1. That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. 2 . That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not impede the normal and orderly development and improvement of the surrounding property for uses permitted in the district.
