This proposed mini-warehousing and salvage recycle center is in an <br /> agricultural preservation area of the Town of Blooming Grove. <br /> There is an auto repair"Speed Shop," a kennel, a stable and single family residence on-site at the <br /> present time. <br /> The relevant policy for this area is: "Those lands delineated as agricultural preservation areas on the <br /> map shall not be used for development unless there is a finding of need for such area for additional <br /> developments." <br /> A clear site plan is needed to show how the different uses would interrelate and how the environment <br /> will be safeguarded from any proposed recycling activities. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> Consideration should be given to the provisions for handling and storing recycling materials so as to <br /> prevent a nuisance or potential groundwater contamination which can be associated with this type of <br /> operation. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> No Comment. <br /> OTHER <br /> None. <br />
