Because of their desire to add a sunroom on the rear of <br /> their house at 10133 Mathewson Road in Mazomanie, The Heintz' need to have their lot rezoned from A-1 <br /> exclusive to R-2. <br /> The natur- • - s - -- anger an agricultural lot. It is less than two acres (1.829 acres), and has <br /> three storage or garage buildings on it. <br /> The intent is to build a 10 foot by 11 foot 11 inch sunroom on an existing deck. The project would extend to 44 <br /> feet of the rear lot line, and thus would not be possible with the current A-1 zoning. A switch to R-2 would <br /> allow for a 35 foot rear setback, and thus the project would be allowable. This would be consistent with the lot's <br /> current single family residential use. <br /> It is the desire of the Heintz's that the project be built yet this summer. <br /> Thank you for your consideration. <br /> John T.
