In their previous approval the board included the condition that the <br /> remainder of the parcel be deed restricted because the owner was requesting to cluster the <br /> two allowable splits. The owner has changed his plans and wishes to only create one six <br /> acre parcel in the RH-2 zoned area instead of two parcels.
