• <br /> • <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6342 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Cottage Grove <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to <br /> include in the C-2 Commercial District/s the following described land: <br /> Pet. #6342/1259: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 7, Town of Cottage Grove described <br /> as follows : Commencing West along Vilas Road 99 feet; S 11° East <br /> from intersections with South along Highway BB; thence S 11° East 198 <br /> feet Westerly 198 feet Northwesterly parallel to Vilas Road 198 <br /> feet Easterly 198 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances . The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owners or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said lands : <br /> 1) There shall be no outside storage associated with the Mini Warehouses . <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the Tcwn <br /> of Cottage Grove as well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the <br /> site.
