Schutte, Zoning Inspector, regarding the sale <br /> of liquor under our liquor license - on the golf course. <br /> I contacted Sharon Anderson, Clerk, Town of Westport (849-4372) and she has <br /> advised me to contact Dane County Zoning to do the following: <br /> A. Change the golf course from the present Ag zoning to RE-1 recreational zoning. <br /> B. Apply for a conditional use permit to permit us to sell liquor and beer at our <br /> golf outings and on our beverage carts on the golf course. <br /> I submit the following information for your consideration. <br /> 1. A legal description of the land covering the golf course. (See Exhibit A) . <br /> 2. A tax parcel number - see attached Exhibit B. Note: CPI will probably combine <br /> all this into one parcel at the conclusion of this process. <br /> 3. Pay a filing fee - $100 + $50 for conditional use = $150. (Check enclosed) . <br /> 4. The proposed use of the property is the current use - Cherokee Country Club <br /> golf operation, approximately 150 acres. <br /> The golf course has been in operation since September 1963. <br /> 5.
