WHEREAS, <br /> is/are the owner/s of the following described land in the <br /> Town of Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> to-wit: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 1 and SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 2, <br /> Town of Christiana described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the East quarter corner of said Section 2; thence <br /> West; 360 feet; thence North, 470 feet to the centerline of USH 12- <br /> 18; thence S 53° East along said centerline, 840 feet; thence West, <br /> 300 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> II .
